Partnership Pathways

For International Institutions, Agencies, and NGOs seeking to collaborate with The Studio Production Plc to elevate digital media education, empower youth with market-ready skills and prove that excellent storytelling can yield measurable and sustainable economic outcomes.

The Studio Production Plc is always eager to work alongside international institutions and agencies who share our vision of artistic flourishing, economic viability, and community-based growth.

With that in mind, we wish to present interested parties with the AIME 2026 Workforce Development Initiative Proposal.

As an integrated art trade school and creative production house, The Studio is designed to equip young Ethiopians with practical digital skills and transition them directly into income-generating production teams. Our Animation, Imaging & Media Education (AIME) program, having functioned successfully as an education program under its previous iteration as the I-AM Project, is now structured as a workforce-to-production pipeline with measurable economic outcomes.

AIME 2026 focuses on market-ready skills and is a workforce-to-production pipeline with measurable economic outcomes, designed to reduce unemployment risk factors and foster small enterprise development and private-sector growth. The program focuses on preparing youth with the skills required for international markets, and it aims to reduce unemployment while building a digitally skilled workforce capable of partnering with international markets by providing a direct pathway to employment through apprenticeship and job placement.

AIME 2026 is structured to align with shared institutional priorities of workforce development, economic stability, and mutually beneficial commercial partnerships.

With additional support, AIME can transition from a successful educational program to a scalable, sustainable engine for the creative industry.

We welcome the opportunity to present our proposal in person and discuss potential collaboration opportunities.
