Introduction to 2D Animation and Imaging Production

  • 12 Weeks, Twice a Week

 

  • Suitable for beginners and those without any formal animation education.

 

  • Learn the foundational principles of 2D animation through hands-on project-based learning.

 

Introduction to Stop Motion Animation Production

  • 24 Weeks, Twice a Week

 

  • Available at The Col. John C. Robinson American Corner, St. Mary’s University.

 

  • Build on your animation skills with stop-motion techniques and character design.

 

Prerequisite: Introduction to 2D Animation and Imaging Production

Introduction to 3D Modeling Animation and Environments

  • 36 Weeks, 1 Lesson per Week

 

  • Available at The Col. John C. Robinson American Corner, St. Mary’s University.

 

  • Master Blender and create stunning 3D environments and animations.

 

Prerequisite: Introduction to 2D Animation and Imaging Production & Introduction to Stop Motion Animation Production.

Instruction is led by Trevor Jarvis, a UK-trained artist and expert in animation educaton.

The AIME division meets international industry standards and includes structured production mentorship with the potential for our learners to train and transition into our student-to-trainer, and student-to- animator production pipelines.
