Animation & Digital Arts Education

Instruction is led by Mr. Trevor Jarvis, a UK-trained animation educator with over twenty-five years of experience. This division meets international industry standards and includes structured production mentorship, professional portfolio building, and an education-to-trainer, and education-to-production pipeline.

Introduction to 3D Modeling

  • Introduction to software interface (rotate, zoom, pan and scale, x.y.z.)
  • Create, edit, & refine basic shapes 
  • Apply materials, textures, lighting, & camera composition
  • Use basic rigging, constraints, physics, & particle effects
  • Manipulating shapes 
  • Working with modifiers, splines, light & shadow
  • Basic character modeling
